Terms of Service

The service

ScaleDesk matches your business with a vetted, trained virtual assistant and manages that relationship: recruiting, vetting, training, payroll, and quality. Assistants are engaged by ScaleDesk, not employed by you.

Billing

Packages are billed monthly, in advance, on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel effective the end of your current billing period.

Replacement guarantee

If your assistant isn't the right fit, we rematch you at no additional cost.

Fair use

Assistants work the hours in your package. You agree not to solicit or hire ScaleDesk assistants directly outside the service.

Liability

ScaleDesk provides the service "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
